Gelston Manor Day Nursery in Lancaster organised staff training for the opening of their Forest School.
Deputy manager Rebecca Haywood said it was ‘one of the best staff training and bonding experiences they have had’, and that the training ‘really empowered and inspired staff to embrace the outdoors’.
