Working Mum - Did they really do that?

Your child might not tell you about the exciting things that
they've been doing at nursery, but maybe the staff should, says Working
Mum.

'Nothing' is the stock answer I frequently receive from my four-year-old when I ask what she's done at nursery at the end of the day.

It's such a frustration because I genuinely want to know what my girls have been experiencing while I've not been with them. I want to be a part of their lives even though I'm at work for a large part of it. On a few occasions, I've been taken aback by the fun things the nursery children have experienced but that I and - I presume - the other parents only find out about by accident.
