* Building work has finished on a new 1.3m neighbourhood nursery in Wolverhampton. The 48-place Blakenhall Neighbourhood Nursery is three storeys high, with the top floor reserved for community meetings. It has a series of playrooms and quiet rooms, a kitchen, laundry and adventure garden. Major funding came from All Saints and Blakenhall Community Development - Wolverhampton's New Deal for Communities regeneration programme. Other partners include Wolverhampton EYDCP, the Big Lottery, Wolverhampton Network Consortium and the Guru Nanak Gurdwara, which will run the nursery.
