A newly-designated children's centre in Bradford celebrated its official opening last week. Around 900,000 has been spent extending and refurbishing Owlet Children and Family Centre, which offers early education, speech and language services, health advice, family support and parenting skills. The centre also houses Job Centre Plus for parents.
