Equipping children and young people with skills to manage exposures to danger is the aim of the new Child Safety Education Coalition (CSEC) established by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents in partnership with the National Children's Bureau, funded by a 1.6m grant from the DCSF. The CSEC is inviting organisations that aim to reduce the number and severity of injuries among children to help increase opportunities for children and young people to learn and practise hazard skills.
