All Children First, Plymouth's Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership, hopes to attract up to 2,000 visitors to a free fun day on 31 May to celebrate the start of National Sure Start Month. There will activities for all ages, including prizes for fancy dress and art on the theme of 'under the sea', with age categories for nought to fives, six to nines, and ten and above. Childcare settings and organisations can take part by setting up their own exhibition stand or by sponsoring prizes and activities.
