The nursery group has bought The Malvern School, which operates sites across Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey.
The settings add to Busy Bees’ existing portfolio of sites in the United States and Canada, most of which operate under the brand – BrightPath Early Learning.
In North America alone, Busy Bees operates 208 centres, caring for more than 25,000 children.
The nursery group now has almost one thousand sites across the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and Canada.
