(Photograph) - May Day bank holiday had children flocking to the Wild Waste Day at Castle Fraser, near Aberdeen, to find out about recycling and environmentally-friendly living. Children made windmills out of old plastic bottles and wooden bird boxes from recycled wood. The event, organised by Aberdeenshire Council, also gave parents information about real nappies, eco schools, composting and 'green' shopping. Photo Paul Reid
