Childcare Corporation

A flexible working policy for staff with children aged under 16 is being implemented by nursery chain the Childcare Corporation. It enables employees to work flexible hours 'as long as they do not impact on the operational running of the nursery'. Director of marketing Stephanie Nimmo said, 'Being flexible on work patterns for our staff who are also parents means they will want to return to work for us after having a baby and hopefully stay with us long-term.'
