Children's minister Margaret Hodge was in the spotlight again last week after a Fathers 4 Justice campaigner handcuffed himself to her at a family law conference in Manchester. Jolly Stanesby told the BBC he had made a 'citizen's arrest'. Another campaigner said that Mrs Hodge had been chosen for the stunt because she was the 'bogeywoman of family law, who doesn't believe in equal parenting', the BBC reported.
