Government cuts are already having an impact on children and low-income families, child poverty campaigners warned ahead of Tuesday's Budget.
Charities including Oxfam, Barnardo's and the Child Poverty Action Group have accused the coalition Government of focusing its attention on targeting middle to low-income households with its spending cuts.
