Developing affordable childcare in disadvantaged areas to combat social exclusion is the aim of a 900,000 fund secured by North-east Lincolnshire's Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership. The Community Childcare Fund is the result of bids for cash from the Single Regeneration Budget and the European Regional Development Fund. Community-based enterprises will be offered money from the Fund to provide a complete package including pre-school, out-of-school and holiday care and financial help to renovate or build premises.
