I am now a training provider, but when I was a nursery nurse I worked alongside newly-qualified teachers, supporting children in their classes. If the Government improved the status and pay for nursery nurses, maybe more people would want to enter the profession.
How many nursery nurses are running early years units and day nurseries for less than 10,000 per annum?
