The two training modules use images and case studies to illustrate the theory underpinning the approach, and highlight how environments have been transformed without any investment necessarily having been made. Both modules are facilitated by Elizabeth Jarman through video footage, while sessions are structured to allow time for discussion and activities. Development tasks are built in between training sessions.
Guidance and tips are provided for those who are organising the training for an in-house team, to ensure that everyone gets the most out of it. Those ordering the programme will receive a pack of resource materials, access to training documentation and a license agreement containing the information needed for access.
