The two new nurseries, based in Bromley and London, bring the total number of sites owned by Fennies to 15. A launch event is taking place at the Raynes Park, London site next weekend.
Children attending the nursery on London Road in Bromley will follow the group’s specifically designed STEM programme and have the opportunity to take part in focused art sessions inspired by famous artists and lessons delivered by PE and linguistics coaches.
The nursery will also feature a sensory experience and offer the group’s recently launched Inspire initiative, which focuses on enhancing different areas of the curriculum and making it a focus each month to ensure children ‘remain stretched and challenged every day’.
The nursery group’s Inspire intiative is being rolled out to all its settings by Fennies Education Team, which includes its child development lead, TV child psychologist Dr Sam Wass.
For parents, the Bromley nursery will provide a space for them to work or relax while their child plays. They will also be able to order chef-prepared meals to be picked up from the nursery when they collect their children.
Steven Fenn, chief executive of Fennies, said, ‘We’re delighted to be expanding our presence within the Bromley area. We expect this to be a place for both parents and children to enjoy and we look forward to the engagement and positivity Fennies will bring to families in the area.’
