(Photograph) - Fibre optic tubes were among the fun and novel playthings enjoyed by children at the official opening of the Sure Start Riverbank Children's Centre in Preston, Lancashire. The children and their families also took part in arts and crafts activities and dancing, played in a ball pool and had a visit from the balloon man.
