Harry Withers

(Photograph) - Eight-year-old Harry Withers joined other disabled children, parents and health professionals in celebrating the tenth anniversary of Scope's Peto Andras Centre in Islington, London, on 2 December. Before the centre opened parents had to travel to Hungary to find out if the innovative methods would work for their children. The UK centre is run jointly by the charity Scope and the International Peto Institute.
