Childcarers and teachers can register for the free campaign, 'Grow Your Own Garden', devised by the publishers of the magazine Percy's Park based on the popular character Percy the Parkkeeper, in association with English Nature. Those signing up will initially receive a pack containing suggestions and materials for class projects, plus a year-round wallchart of topics and projects.
Free activity kits containing garden tools supplied by Brio, flower and vegetable seeds, and further teaching materials will come with the second stage of the campaign.
