Clubs Network this week to set up out-of-school clubs for teenagers.
The 'Make Space' campaign seeks to create a network of new clubs for 11-to 16-year-olds, providing a safe place for young people to spend time with their friends and take part in sport and other activities. Run by Kids'
Clubs Network and supported by the Nestle Trust, the campaign's long-term aim is to attract funding to develop 3,000 clubs across England by 2015.
Mr Blair said, 'Providing young people with a safe place to go after school, and giving them real opportunities to engage in sport, the arts, volunteering and wider activities is a major priority for Government.
