Greater Manchester Police are investigating after a nursery manager taped a three-year-old boy to a chair. According to The Sun, the woman used Sellotape 'as a joke' to keep the child still.
A new survey shows children have 28 billion of electronic equipment in their bedrooms. Seven out of ten have their own TV and half have a DVD player. The Daily Telegraph said it 'highlighted the disintegration of communal family life'.
Edinburgh Childcare Partnership had to close part of its website last week after users discovered it contained links to pornography sites. Edinburgh's Evening News said the links were closed at once.
