Modern children's TV shows such as 'In the Night Garden' are moreappealing to viewers than old classics such as 'Andy Pandy' and'Bagpuss', said the Daily Mail, reporting a Birkbeck College study whichfound children pointing at the screen and moving in time to the music,where they yawned or fidgeted while watching 'The Magic Roundabout'.
