A learning mentor programmefor nursery employees in West Yorkshire is to be developed by the National Day Nurseries Association after it secured funding from the Learning and Skills Council West Yorkshire. The programme will help nurseries create a culture of continuous professional development and staff will be equipped to determine the training needs of their own nursery's employees.
