An independent selection of new products and resources The National Extension College has recently added four new units to its Playcare Pack N/SVQ Level 3. The pack is designed for playworkers working in a variety of settings and the new units will prepare them for the following: Managing information for action; Contributing to the development of teams and individuals; Providing emergency aid; Supporting the efficient use of resources. As with the units in the original Playcare Pack there is an easy-to-follow format, simple explanations and plenty of practical activities to support both formally structured training and individual staff development. You may also be interested in the Certificate in Playwork which has been developed in conjunction with Kids Club Network and leads to the Progression Award in Playwork Level 2.
