Ninety-year-old Frank Baldwin

(Photograph) - Ninety-year-old Frank Baldwin chats to pupils at Roseheath Primary School in Halewood, Knowsley, on his last day as a school governor after 35 years. He said, 'We all aim to improve education and children's attainment, and I have seen standards in Knowsley rise over a number of years. I appreciate all the help fellow governors, teachers and indeed the LEA have given over the years.'
