Noisy minority spoils it for all children

There is always a parent out to watch what is happening and we have a lovely and friendly neighbourhood that mixes well, children and adults alike. However, every now and then we get a group of young teenagers who spoil the fun and family atmosphere in our area by coming to play football on an area clearly marked 'No ball games'. They rip the sign down, have been known to urinate in people's doorways or against the garden fence, and pick on the younger children.

Unfortunately it is the minority who causes this problem, but they make it bad for all of the youngsters.
