Incentives such as offers of holiday breaks to managers who achieved the biggest rises in occupancy have paid off at Nord Anglia, which revealed last week that its three-month sales and marketing campaign has generated 614 new full-time equivalent pupils, pushing up occupancy levels in its nurseries division by 6 per cent. The company recently suffered a slump in its share price.
