Sheena Reid, who owns the Old Rectory Kindergarten, currently operates two nurseries, one in Stoke-on-Trent, which has a waiting list of 40 children, and the other in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
She will open a third nursery in the former Cobridge community centre in Stoke-on-Trent, 50 yards from her other setting, in September.
The new nursery, the Old Rectory Kindergarten Moorcroft Grange, will offer 79 places and provide up to 15 jobs.
It will have a number of special features including a sensory room, a woodland room - bringing the outside in - and a large outdoor area.
Part of the building will continue to be used as a community centre, where classes will be run for parents covering cookery, languages, English and maths.
Ms Reid, who has 40 years' childcare experience, opened her first nursery, the Old Rectory Kindergarten, in 2003, which has 60 places and is set in half an acre of land.
Only vegetarian meals are served at the nursery, using fruit and vegetables grown by the children in the setting’s garden.
In 2013, Ms Reid opened her second setting - the Old Rectory Kindergarten Manor House - where children can take part in forest school sessions.
Both nurseries are run by manager Kylie Goldstraw, who was just 21 when the Old Rectory Kindergarten achieved a grade of outstanding from Ofsted under her guidance.
Ms Reid said, ‘We are absolutely thrilled to be opening our third setting which enables us to expand upon the number of much needed two-year-old places within the local area.’
