Reflections Nursery is set in a Grade II listed Regency building but itis not just the bricks and mortar that made an impact on the judges. Thestaff, led by managers and directors Louise Rose and Martin Pace, werefound to offer thoughtful provision, with planning based on carefultracking of individual children's interests and achievements, and alsoawareness of the needs of the whole group.
Reflections took over the 115-place nursery in October 2006, and hasmade significant developments in that time. The staff are encouraged towork from their strengths and to continue to extend their professionalskills. Strong support is provided for staff at every stage of theircareers. A pedagogical adviser works regularly with senior managers andrepresentatives from each room as they refine their thinkingtogether.
