NVQ 3 training derailed by lack of assessors

At the moment all childcare workers are being encouraged to achieve NVQ status at Levels 2 or 3. I am a childminder and recently worked long, hard hours - including many evenings and weekends - to complete my NVQ 3 in Early Years Care and Education.
