Isabel Adams, aged two, from Kensal Green Nursery in London, gave the Mayor of Brent, Ralph Fox, some drawing tips at an event to mark Parents' Week (20 - 26 October). During the week to celebrate the role of parenting, politicians, parents and children under five living in Brent were invited to attend their local parent and toddler group to find out more about them and what they have to offer.
