(Photograph) - Carol Meadows, manager of the Pre-school Equipment and Resource Centre in Lambert Way in Liverpool, looks on as four-year-old Joe Livingstone enjoys the facilities at the new nursery that opened there on 24 July. The nursery caters for 20 children and has created seven jobs. Ms Meadows said, 'We have appointed an exceptional team of staff who will provide the children with a stimulating and caring environment where they can flourish.'
