The Prince of Wales entertained children with Beatrix Potter's The Tale of Peter Rabbit when he opened a nursery and playground at Borrowdale primary school in Keswick, Cumbria, last week.
Children clutched soft toys of Jemima Puddleduck and rabbits as PrinceCharles read aloud to them. The visit came at the end of the Prince'stwo days highlighting the importance of rural communities in the countythat is associated with the classic children's author.
