(Photograph) - Sure Start minister Catherine Ashton had fun on 21 October when she officially opened Richmond Nursery at Marshgate Primary School, along with a nursery at Kew Riverside Primary School - the first two nurseries to be built and managed under the Asquith-Jarvis private finance initiative partnership.
