Rug-based learning

Play & Learn's educational rugs from the United States are extremely versatile. They can be used for set activities, for quiet reading or even just to get everyone sitting down quickly for some circle time. The range is divided into three categories: World of Nature; Imagine and Learn and Circle Time. World of Nature includes seven rugs in different shapes and sizes, depicting rain forests, the solar system, ponds, farmyards and maps of the world. Imagine and Learn features bilingual rugs, calendars, phonic squares, music basics, shapes and numbers. Circle Time has six circular or oval-shaped rugs, each with a border of animal shapes, letters, vehicles or symbols that will help you to get your children seated quickly and easily - you could, for example, ask each child to choose the same animal for each session so that they all sit down quickly and evenly-spaced in the right position. Easily rolled up when not in use, the small oblong rugs measure 134 x 178cm while the large oval ones measure 251 x 355cm.
