The results of elections for the Select Committee chairs were announced last week by House of Commons speaker John Bercow.
Conservative MP Graham Stuart has been named as the Children, Schools and Families chair, and Labour MP Margaret Hodge, who was the first-ever Children's Minister from 2003 to 2005, has been elected chair of the Commons Public Accounts committee.
