Teaching unions are lobbying the Government

Teaching unions are lobbying the Government to amend the current regulations that do not allow teachers in England and Wales to sacrifice some of their salary for the 50-a-week tax-free childcare vouchers. Teachers are paid under the terms and conditions of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document, which makes no provision for salary sacrifice.
