The Big Picture - Wedding shoos

Activities
A heart-warming adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s bestselling children’s book The Scarecrows’ Wedding is moving from London’s West End to theatres across the country this summer.

Families and children from the age of three are invited to follow the story of scarecrows Betty O’Barley and Harry O’Hay, who decide to get married.

Harry sets off to search for wedding day essentials, including a dress of feathers, a bunch of flowers and a necklace made from shells. But when the farmer notices he is missing a scarecrow, he replaces Harry with the devilishly smooth but dangerous Reginald Rake.
Will Harry make it back in time before Reginald ruins their special day?

The Scamp Theatre and Watford Palace Theatre production is touring the UK until early August. You can check the show’s UK tour dates at www.scarecrowslive.com.
