The Bright Kids Nursery Group

The Bright Kids Nursery Group has been awarded substantial funding by the Department of Trade and Industry's Work-Life Balance Challenge Fund. Over the next 12 months, the Warwickshire-based group plans to implement a comprehensive programme that will include provision of childcare and counselling for staff, enhancement of training policies and flexible working. Tricia Tolley, Bright Kids chief executive, said, 'The Bright Kids brand is synonymous with providing extensive opportunities for children to learn through play. This can only be provided if our most important asset, our employees, are really cared for. This initiative will cement our policy on getting the mix between work and life correctly balanced.' Details about the Work-Life Balance Challenge Fund can be found on the website www.dti.gov.uk/work-lifebalance.
