Tickled pink by farm visit

Children get to know Sunset the pony and Kath the sheep at Nuzzlets Farm in Great Ouseburn, near York. The farm began working as a rescue centre in 2002 and now brings together rescued animals and disabled children to teach children about nature, charity and rural life. It has won 'countryside classroom' accreditation from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. The farm has 70 animals including goats, rabbits, guinea fowl, cats and ducks.
