Having recently been through an Ofsted inspection where I was asked about target setting, observations, implementing planning and Individual Education Plans, I began to wonder why I wasn't on a teacher's salary.
Maybe it's time we nursery nurses, who often have better knowledge and training of child development than teachers, ran the nursery classes.
