A nursery will form part of a new 3.4m health and community centre being built at the University of East Anglia, Norwich. Care has been taken to make the steel-framed building as energy-efficient as possible, including the installation of roof-mounted wind catchers to aid natural ventilation and sun tubes to make the most of natural lighting. The project, which began in August, is scheduled for completion in July 2005.
