Vouchers delayed

I am a parent who has used both paper and internet childcare vouchers. I, and a number of colleagues, have major concerns over the delays in monies being credited to my child's nursery. Deduction for childcare vouchers is taken from my salary at the beginning of the month, with instructions for the monies to be transferred to my nursery provider within the next three to five working days.
I am a parent who has used both paper and internet childcare vouchers. I, and a number of colleagues, have major concerns over the delays in monies being credited to my child's nursery.

Deduction for childcare vouchers is taken from my salary at the beginning of the month, with instructions for the monies to be transferred to my nursery provider within the next three to five working days.

I have had reminders from my nursery in recent months stating that even at the end of the month they still have not received the money and that my nursery fees are outstanding. Only when the payment is queried does the money then appear.

I can fully understand that my nursery provider cannot credit my account until funds have been transferred into their account, but what has happened to my money for sometimes up to five weeks?

I transferred my voucher payments to the internet, as this was supposed to be a speedier way of transferring the payment, but these seems to suffer the same delays.

Is anyone else experiencing delays in having money transferred to their nursery provider?
