The course has been great so far, though it is very hard work. But I would like to know how the qualification we are going to receive at the end of our three years will fit in with the nursery nurse's career structure (if there is such a thing?). Also, how will the role of senior practitioner fit into a school structure? And will there be a reasonable pay structure, funded by the Government?
There are many other questions we, the students, would like to have answered. Still, we all recognise the wonderful opportunity we have for professional development. And the laptops are great too!
