Children enjoyed a beautifully bright autumn morning at Pen Green Research Base in Corby when they went for a walk in the woods, stopping to eat snacks, sing songs and tell stories.
They noticed the leaves changing colour from green to brown, saw tracks on the grass and collected feathers and twigs as they walked.
