Nurseries can promote their individual identities with the backing of their group's services and ethos, says Karen Faux.

Kidsunlimited has launched a new website which aims to reflect the customer base of each of its individual nurseries and become a one-stop resource for parents. The chain currently operates 53 sites and has three new openings planned for later this year.

Ros Marshall, who became CEO at the end of January, says, 'It's all about thinking about the requirements of each of our nurseries and meeting their needs through the site. There is scope for each nursery to build up its own presence with news and information, while the services and the ethos of the group as a whole will underpin it.'
