Society is changing its perception of men's and women's roles, with more men taking the traditional role of homemaker. So why more men aren't pursuing childcare as a career, I don't know. Working with children is so rewarding. I love my job and would never want to change it.
It would be nice to see more men follow this career path and change this stereotypical career pattern.
