Take some time over the bank holiday weekend to get your entries in for the awards - the deadline is Friday 29 May.
That means that you've still got a little time to prove that you and your colleagues are providing the very best for young children and to have your dedication and hard work celebrated.
There is a wide range of categories covering individuals, organsiations, initiatives, and equipment and resources, for example:
- School Early Years Team - for nursery schools and primary schools, with brilliant Early Years Foundation Stage provision.
- Community Support - for early years settings who have involved staff, parents and children in projects to support charities or the local/wider community.
- Childminder of the Year - we want to find the very best registered childminder.
- Business Development - for a new launch of or significant expansion to an early years service in the past 12 months.
- Several categories for equipment and resources - Open to early years resources and equipment that support children’s learning, development and enjoyment in the Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent (Under Threes and Three to Fives); or that help practitioners to improve their practice and provision (Staff Resources and Professional Books).
For each category that you enter, make sure that you meet the criteria and answer each question (taking note of specified word limits), plus supply any supplementary evidence requested.
