Old Station Nursery adds three sites

The Old Station Nursery Group has bought a chain of three settings, taking its number of sites to 44.

The group has bought Little Roos, which operates three nurseries in Buckinghamshire. With the deal, The Old Station Nursery Group now has 44 settings, providing 2,968 childcare places.

Established by Kuldip Singh Arora and Raminder Arora in 2013, the nurseries are based in Taplow, High Wycombe and Marlow.

Sarah Steel, chief executive of The Old Station Nursery Group, said, ‘We are thrilled to welcome Little Roos into The Old Station Nursery Group.

The deal by The Old Station Nursery follows the acquisition of the My First Friends chain of five nurseries In November.
