The perfect opportunity to learn about mental health in the classroom and the challenges it can present.
Supporting Pupils' Mental Wellbeing is a highly interactive one-day course in which delegates will learn about:
• An institution's legal duty of care in regards to protecting the health, safety and welfare of students
• Assessing the key challenges related to pupils' mental wellbeing and the position of institutions
• Reducing symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety amongst pupils
• How institutions can link their services effectively with local mental health services and healthcare providers
Moreover, delegates will take away an action plan to ensure excellence for their organisations.
The course will also include a key session on legal obligations for schools, providing clarification on the legal duty of care and how to comply with SEND obligations and inspection frameworks criteria. For more information, view the full agenda.
