(Photograph) - A 1.75m children's centre has blossomed on the old site of Walton Lane Nursery School in Nelson, Lancashire, where children and families gathered last month to celebrate the transformation. The new centre provides nursery education, out-of-school care and support to more than 700 children and families. It also offers educational support and respite services for children up to 16 with special needs . up to the age of 16.
